Yes. Every move includes comprehensive insurance coverage as standard, protecting your belongings for the full journey. Additional valuation coverage is available for high-value items on request.

For weekday moves, a week's notice is usually plenty. For month-end dates, weekends, or summer peak season we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead. That said, we keep capacity for short-notice moves whenever we can.

We do — seven days a week, with evening windows available. Weekend and after-hours moves are popular with professionals and businesses, so they're built into our standard scheduling at no premium surprise.

We're based in Ottawa and serve Gatineau, Montreal, Toronto, Kingston, Quebec City and points in between — including interprovincial moves between Ontario and Quebec.
